Quotes

A written quote is fixed for the work described in it. If the job turns out to be materially different once opened up, work stops and you get a revised number before anything else happens.

Scope

Fort Collins Handyman LLC is not a licensed contractor, electrician or plumber. Work is limited to the scope described on this site. See what I do not do.

Payment

Due on completion unless agreed otherwise in writing. Materials sourced on your behalf are charged at cost plus 25%.

Cancellation

Let me know as early as you can and there is no charge.

Liability

Work is carried out with reasonable care and skill. Pre-existing defects discovered during a job are reported, not concealed.
