Fort Collins Handyman is one person. I am Justin Graham, I live here, and I do every job personally. There is no crew, no dispatcher and no call centre between you and the person holding the tools.
Why solo, on purpose
Plenty of handyman outfits in this market are a brand with a rotating set of subcontractors behind it. You get quoted by one person, visited by another and follow up with a third who has never seen the job. That is how a simple repair turns into three phone calls.
Running it as one person has an obvious ceiling and one real advantage: the person who quoted your job is the person doing it, so the price holds and nothing gets lost in a handoff. If I have told you a number, I am the one who has to stand behind it.
What I actually do well
Repair and finish work on houses. Drywall and texture matching, ceiling fan and light fixture replacement, mounting things properly into studs, doors that have stopped closing, tile and grout, trim, decks and fences, and working through a list in a booked block of time.
What I do not do is a longer and more useful list, and it is on its own page: what I do not do, and who to call instead. I would rather turn a job down than learn it on your house.
Being new, and saying so
This business started in 2026. There is no wall of reviews on this site because I have not earned one yet, and I am not going to pad the page with stock photos of somebody else's happy customer.
What being new actually buys you: published prices, because I need you to be able to say yes without a sales visit, and a tradesman who badly needs this job to go well. The reviews will come from work like yours.
Straight about credentials
I am a registered Colorado LLC. I am not a licensed contractor and I am not an electrician or a plumber, which is exactly why panel work, new circuits, rewiring, water heaters and anything structural are not on my list. Fixture and fan work means replacing an existing fixture on an existing circuit, and nothing beyond that.

- Liability cover. Nothing on this site makes any claim about cover, because you have not confirmed whether you carry it. If you do, say so and it goes here. If not it stays off. It is the one permitted trust signal you are currently not using.
- A paragraph of real backstory in your words. What is here is a scaffold, not your voice.
