Why the prices are on the site
The differentiatorRing around Northern Colorado for a handyman and almost nobody will tell you a number before they show up. The national franchises publish block rates because they have to. The independents mostly do not.
I would rather just tell you. My hourly, my minimum call-out, my half and full day blocks and my material markup are all on the pricing page. For most single jobs you get a flat price in writing off a photo, and that number does not move unless the job itself does.
That cuts both ways, which is the point. You are not sitting through a sales visit to find out whether you can afford a patch and a coat of paint, and I am not driving across town to quote a job that was never in budget.

In writing, and fixed. If opening it up shows something genuinely different, you hear it from me before I go any further.
I show up and finish
On the day I said, with the parts already in the truck. Swept up and hauled out before I leave.
Where I work
No trip charge in Fort Collins, Windsor, Loveland, Timnath, Severance, Wellington, LaPorte. Further out there is a $45 trip charge, and I will say so when I quote rather than adding it later.

What do you charge?
It is published rather than quoted on the phone. $85 an hour with a $125 minimum call-out, $340 for a half day and $640 for a full day. Materials are passed on with a 25% markup. Most single jobs get a flat price in writing before I start.
How do I get a price?
Text or email a photo of what needs doing. Most jobs I can price straight off the picture without driving out, and you get a flat number in writing rather than a range.
Do you really work seven days?
Yes, Monday to Sunday, 8am to 6pm. Weekends are normal hours here, not a premium. Most handymen in town are Monday to Friday.
What will you not do?
No panel work, new circuits or rewiring. No plumbing in rentals. No water heaters, roofing, HVAC or anything structural. There is a full list on the what I do not do page, along with who to call instead.
Is there a trip charge?
Not inside Fort Collins, Windsor, Loveland, Timnath, Severance, Wellington, LaPorte. Beyond that a $45 trip charge applies.
